Esther Weiss Slotnik holds a degree in Talmud and Psychology. Over the years, she has worked in various informal education frameworks, including serving as a housemother for Garin Tzabar, alongside working with women coping with post-trauma. Additionally, she works at the Ma’ale Gilboa Yeshiva in the fundraising department. She has been living in Ma’ale Gilboa for about 25 years with her family.
