Ava Schreier is from State College, Pennsylvania. She studied History and Jewish Studies at Oberlin College, where she began exploring her relationship with yiddishkeit. She has previously learned torah at Machon L’Yahadus, Yeshivat Hadar, and Pardes. When she’s not learning gemara, she likes to read contemporary fiction and make collages.
