She led Jofa, The Jewish Orthodox Feminist Alliance, for 7 years, and has worked at the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism and at the Shalom Hartman Institute of North America. R’ Daphne is active in the Orthodox community in her hometown of Silver Spring, MD.
