Dr. Lisa Licht Hirsch

Dr. Lisa Licht Hirsch is a clinical psychologist in private practice, specializing in psychotherapy with individuals across the lifespan and the assessment of learning disabilities. Formerly a supervising psychologist at the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services, she mentored psychology interns, externs, post-docs and social workers and was a liaison to the Jewish community working with local rabbis to provide training and link congregants to appropriate mental health supports. She was the coordinator of the Riverdale Y’s You Are Not Alone program which prepared lay leaders and clergy to identify and combat domestic abuse in the Jewish community. She has served as a consultant to Riverdale schools and shuls in addressing an array of mental health topics and concerns.
