Rabbanit Jennifer Geretz has been named Federation’s Manager of Chaplaincy Services. In her role, Jennifer supports and oversees the critical work of Federation's chaplains and serves as the primary contact.

Jennifer currently serves as a chaplain at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston where she provides compassionate support and spiritual connection for patients and their families. As a part of her chaplaincy work, Jennifer serves as a liaison between the CBMC Palliative Care and Pastoral Care Departments. Jennifer graduated with a degree in Near Eastern and Judaic Studies from Brandeis University and received rabbinic ordination from Yeshivat Maharat. Jennifer has completed four units of CPE and is applying for Board Certification as a clinical chaplain. A co-founder of East Brunswick’s Yeshivat Netivot Montessori, Jennifer is married to Rabbi Daniel Geretz. Together they share six children, two sons-in-law, and one grandson.
